The Image Manager lets your team upload and store images for use inside progress notes.
Permissions
To access Image Manager features, users must have the appropriate permissions under Settings → Roles & Permissions → Image Manager:
image-manager:store — upload images
image-manager:delete — delete images
Upload an Image
Go to Settings → Image Manager.
Click Choose File and select the image you want to upload.
After upload, the image becomes available for all staff to use in progress notes.
Note: Images can only be added by users with the image-manager:store permission.
Delete an Image
Go to Settings → Image Manager.
Click the red X at the top-right corner of the image you want to remove.
Important: This action cannot be undone. Only users with image-manager:delete can delete images.
