If your business uses Mindbody/Booker, log into QuickerNotes using your Mindbody/Booker staff credentials.
If your business uses QuickerNotes Gateway (not connected to Mindbody or Booker), log in using the credentials created in QuickerNotes.
If your business has more than one Mindbody/Booker site with a QuickerNotes subscription, you’ll also see a field to enter the Site ID.
Credential Management
Mindbody / Booker users:
Your QuickerNotes login credentials are the same as your Mindbody/Booker credentials.
Authentication and password management are handled entirely by Mindbody/Booker.
If you don’t know your login, check with your business administrator
If you’ve forgotten your password, reset it through Mindbody/Booker
Once updated, it will work for QuickerNotes

QuickerNotes Gateway users:
Your credentials are managed directly in QuickerNotes.
If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it directly through QuickerNotes using the “Forgot Password” option on the login page
If you’re unable to reset your password, contact QuickerNotes Support
Note on Admin User Login
The Admin user login is intended for initial account setup only and is not typically used for day-to-day access.
If you’re having trouble logging in, double check that you are not attempting to sign in using the Admin user credentials. Staff should log in using their assigned credentials instead.
