Canceling a Property Subscription

If you decide to cancel your subscription, you can do so at any time from within your QuickerNotes account.

Important: Cancelling Mindbody does not cancel your QuickerNotes subscription. For a voluntary cancel, you cancel from QuickerNotes yourself under Properties.

Failed payment: QuickerNotes can auto-cancel a property subscription when payment fails. When the subscription becomes inactive, access to appointments, clients, forms, and notes for that property drops for everyone. Update the card under Settings → Billing, then re-subscribe under Settings → Properties. See Updating Your Billing Information.

Permission Required

To cancel a subscription, you must have:

property:manage

If this permission is disabled:

  • The Property tab will not appear under Settings.

  • You will not be able to manage or cancel subscriptions.

Contact your administrator if you need access.

Step 1: Go to Property Settings

  1. Log in to your QuickerNotes account.

  2. In the left navigation menu, click:

    Settings → Property

  3. Locate the property you want to cancel.

  4. Click the down arrow to expand its settings.

  5. Under the Subscription section, click Cancel Subscription.

Step 2: Confirm Cancellation

Once confirmed:

  • A voluntary cancel is set for the end of your current billing period.

  • You retain full access until the date you have already paid through.

No immediate access is removed for a voluntary end-of-period cancel. Auto-cancel after failed payment is different — access drops when the subscription becomes inactive.

Important: Data Exports

Before canceling, you should request a data export if needed.

  • A data export must be requested before your subscription becomes inactive.

  • Once your account is inactive, you will no longer be able to download export files.

  • To request an export, go to:

    Settings → Export All Data
