When you connect your Mindbody site to QuickerNotes, the system will automatically try to sync your Timezone from Mindbody.
If we’re unable to retrieve this information, you can manually set the timezone for each property.
Permission Required
To access Property settings, you must have:
property:manage
If this permission is disabled:
The Property tab will not appear under Settings.
You will not be able to view or edit timezone settings.
Contact your administrator if you need access.
Step 1: Go to Settings
Log in to your QuickerNotes account.
In the left-hand menu, click Settings → Properties.
Note: If you don’t see the Properties tab under Settings, it means your user role doesn’t have permission. Contact your account admin to enable the necessary permissions.
Step 2: Open the Property Settings
On the Properties page, find the property you’d like to update.
Click the down arrow on the far right of the property name to expand the options.
Step 3: Update the Timezone
Under the Timezone header, use the dropdown menu to select the timezone where the property is located.
Click Save to apply your changes.
That’s it!
Your property will now reflect the correct timezone, and all associated appointment and note data will align accordingly.
