Adding a Print Footer to Documents

Updated over 3 weeks ago

You can include custom text in the footer of your printed documents and notes for each property.

Permission Required

To access Property settings, you must have:

property:manage

If this permission is disabled:

  • The Property tab will not appear under Settings.

  • You will not be able to edit print footer settings.

Contact your administrator if you need access.

Step 1: Go to Settings

  • Log in to your QuickerNotes account.

  • In the left-hand menu, click Settings → Properties.

Note: If you don’t see the Properties tab under Settings, it means your user role doesn’t have permission. Contact your account admin to enable the necessary permissions.

Step 2: Add a Print Footer

  • On the Properties page, find the property you’d like to edit.

  • Click the down arrow on the far right of the property name.

  • Under the Print Footer header, enter the text you’d like to appear in the footer of all printed documentation for that property.
