Integrating QuickerNotes with Physitrack

This article explains how to connect your Physitrack account to QuickerNotes and create client profiles directly from QuickerNotes.

The Physitrack integration allows you to automatically send client information from QuickerNotes into Physitrack—saving time and eliminating manual entry.

Note: This integration works one way — from QuickerNotes → Physitrack. Updates made in Physitrack will not sync back into QuickerNotes.

Where to Find the Integration

  1. In QuickerNotes, go to Settings → Profile.
  2. Scroll all the way down to the Physitrack section.
  3. Follow the steps listed there to connect your Physitrack account with QuickerNotes.

Once connected, you’ll be able to create and update client profiles in Physitrack directly from QuickerNotes.

How It Works

The Physitrack integration allows you to sync client data between platforms.

When you send a client to Physitrack from QuickerNotes:

  • The client’s information (such as name, email, and contact details) is automatically sent to Physitrack.
  • If the client does not already exist in Physitrack, a new profile is created automatically.
  • If the client already exists, their profile is updated with the latest information from QuickerNotes.

Creating or Updating a Physitrack Profile

You can create or update a client’s Physitrack profile directly from their page in QuickerNotes:

  1. Open the client’s profile in QuickerNotes.
  2. Click the Physitrack button located at the top-right corner of the screen.
  3. QuickerNotes will then send the client’s information to Physitrack.
