When a visit is recorded using Clara AI:
Audio is used to generate a draft clinical note
Providers review and edit the note before saving
Audio handling follows QuickerNotes’ security and retention policies

Access Controls
Access to AI-generated notes and recordings is restricted to authorized users based on clinic permissions.

Provider Review & Control
Nothing generated by Clara AI is finalized automatically.
Providers must:

Edit content as needed
