Adding a Property Subscription

A subscription activates QuickerNotes for a specific location so it can begin syncing data and be used by your team. Before adding a subscription, make sure your property has already been added and verified.

Permission Required

To manage property subscriptions, you must have:

property:manage

If this permission is disabled:

• The Property tab will not appear under Settings.

• You will not be able to activate or manage subscriptions.

Contact your administrator if you need access.

Step 1: Locate the Property

1. Go to Settings → Properties.
2. Find the property you want to subscribe and click the down arrow on the far right.

Step 2: Add the Subscription

1. Under the Locations header, find the location you want to activate.
2. Click Subscribe to the right of that location’s name.

Step 3: Begin Syncing
After the subscription is created, QuickerNotes will automatically begin syncing your appointments, staff, and forms with your connected Mindbody site.

Note: A separate subscription is required for each location you want to use with QuickerNotes.
