A Break-Down of Permissions

Permissions define what a user can do.

Property assignment (configured under Settings → Roles & Permissions) determines which locations a user can access.

All view-all permissions apply only within assigned properties.

Notes (SOAP Notes)

Notes: view-all — view all notes created by any staff

Notes: view-own — view only notes you created

Notes: view-private — view private notes

Notes: toggle-privacy-all — change the privacy setting for any note

Notes: toggle-privacy-own — change the privacy setting for your own notes

Notes: create — create SOAP notes

Notes: cosign — co-sign notes previously signed by another provider

Notes: reset-draft — revert a signed note back to draft status

Clients

view — view clients within assigned properties

view-address — view client address

view-email — view client email

view-phone — view client phone number

Appointments

view-all — view all appointments within assigned properties

view-own — view only appointments assigned to you

manage-staff-notes — add, remove, or edit appointment notes

Classes

view-all — view all classes within assigned properties

view-own — view only classes you're assigned to

Alerts

Alerts: view-all — view alerts created by any staff

Alerts: view-own — view alerts you created

Alerts: create — create alerts

Alerts: edit — edit your own alerts

Alerts: delete-all — delete any alert

Alerts: delete-own — delete alerts you created

Properties

create — add a new Mindbody site (property)

delete — remove Mindbody sites/locations from your subscription

edit — edit timezone and print footer

import-v1-data — import legacy data (if applicable)

manage — access the Property tab and manage:

• Timezone

• Logo

• Print footer

• Short code automations

• Subscriptions

If manage is disabled, the Property tab will not appear in Settings.

Locations

sync-api-data — manually sync API data between QuickerNotes and Mindbody

(Location visibility is controlled by property assignment, not permissions.)

Subscriptions

Subscriptions: create — subscribe new locations to QuickerNotes

Subscriptions: cancel — cancel subscriptions

Payment Source

Payment-source: manage — update the payment card on file

Documents: view-all — view all documents
