Edit the Intake Form Email

You can customize the email clients receive when a form is automatically sent to them.


How to Edit the Email

  1. Go to Settings → Intake Forms.

  2. Scroll down to Customize Client Email.

  3. Edit the following fields:

    • Subject line

    • Reply-to email

    • Public phone number

  4. Scroll down to customize the body text of the email.

  5. Click Save.



Branding & Logo

The logo displayed in intake form emails is controlled by your account branding settings, not this page.

To update your logo:

Go to Settings → Properties → Logo

Notes

  • Changes apply to all automatically-sent intake form emails.

  • This page does not control when emails send — see Intake Form Templates for Send Rules.
