You can translate intake forms into any supported language.
If a language is missing, contact [email protected] to have it added.
How to Translate a Form
Edit the form template.
Click Translate Form in the upper-right corner.
Select a language from the dropdown.
Enter translations for:
Questions
Help text
Policy text
Option choices
Click Save.
If another form already translated the same text, fields will auto-populate.
Change Display Language
Clients can switch languages at the top of the intake form when completing it online.
