1. Edit the form template.
2. Click Translate Form in the upper-right corner.
3. Select a language from the dropdown.
4. Enter translations for:
 - Questions
 - Help text
 - Policy text
 - Option choices
5. Click Save.

If another form already translated the same text, fields will auto-populate. ​

Clients can switch languages at the top of the intake form when completing it online. ​

FAQ: Does QuickerNotes auto-translate my form?

No. Selecting Spanish (or French) only opens the translation editor. Your clinic enters each question, help text, policy, and option choice, then clicks Save. Until translations are saved, clients still see English. QuickerNotes support does not translate forms for you.

Tip: text already translated on another template may auto-populate.
