SOAP Form Custom Questions

You can create questions for the user to answer. There are several types of questions:

• Free text
• Number
• Options - select many
• Options - select one
• Image
• Text Area

Add a Question to a Form

In the SOAP Form Templates menus of the Settings, click "edit" to the right of the template you would like to add a question to. Click on the "New Question" button, located under "Custom Questions" and fill in the question, question type, help text and whether the question is required. After adding all of the questions to the form, click the "Save" button in the lower right corner.

Remove a question From a Form

To remove a question, click the arrow to the right of the question and click the "Remove Question" button in the lower right corner.

Reorder Custom Questions

After you've entered your questions, you can change the order they are displayed to the client. There are handles on the left side of the question dialogs. Click and drag and move the questions up or down to the desired order.
