Mindbody Authentication Failed Message

It seems Mindbody did some account updates that are causing issues for some users. Follow the steps below to try and resolve the issue:


To update your account login after Mindbody's latest update follow these steps:


  1. Navigate to the staff profile in Mindbody. If you lack the necessary privileges, please ask a user with the appropriate permissions to do this.
  2. If the account doesn't have an associated email, you should add one. The account section is located just below the staff profile picture.
  3. After an email has been added, click on "edit account". This action will open a modal.
  4. Once the modal is open, click on "send password reset email" or "send set password email link".
  5. Check the associated email to retrieve the link for adding/changing the password.
  6. Click on the emailed link and proceed to add or change your password.
  7. Visit the QuickerNotes URL and log in using your newly set email and password combination.
