Organization Admin Credentials
The user who originally created your QuickerNotes subscription is considered the Organization Admin.
This user manages roles, permissions, forms, and templates, but does not have access to clients, appointments, or other clinical data.
Logging in as the Organization Admin
Go to the QuickerNotes login page.
Click Login with Organization Admin User.
Enter the email and password for your Organization Admin account.
Note: If you’re unsure which email is associated with this account, check with your internal admin or contact support@quickernotes.com for assistance.
Resetting the Organization Admin Password
On the Organization Admin login screen, click Forgot Password.
Enter the email address linked to the Organization Admin account.
Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.
