Reset SOAP Notes Back to Draft Status

This feature will allow you to reset Signed & Completed notes back to the Draft Status. All cosigners will be removed and notified that the note has been reset.

You must have the permission in the Notes category called "reset-draft" to use this feature.

How to give staff the reset-draft permission:

1. Go to Settings > Roles & Permissions
2. Select the Role you want to add this permission to, or create a new one
3. Toggle on the "reset-draft" option under Notes

How to reset a note to Draft:

1. Go to the SOAP Notes page
2. Find your Signed note
3. Select the "Reset Draft" button

   1. All cosigners will be removed and notified that the note has been reset.
