Which Date of Service Is Used for Printing?

Printed Text Notes, date-range selections, superbills, and billing workflows can use the note's saved Date of Service. A linked note's main page may instead show the current appointment or class date.

If an appointment or class was rescheduled, deleted, or relinked and the printed date differs from the opened note, preserve the note and contact QuickerNotes Support before relying on the date for documentation or billing.

See Date of Service on SOAP Notes for complete guidance.
