Date of Service When Copying From History
When you copy a note and select an appointment or class, the new note is linked to that visit and uses that visit's date as its Date of Service. If you do not select a visit, the copy is created as an unlinked note with its own saved date. QuickerNotes does not automatically match the copy to a nearby appointment.
History date filters use the note's saved Date of Service. After a visit is rescheduled, that saved date may differ from the current visit date shown on the opened note.
See Date of Service on SOAP Notes for complete rules and troubleshooting.choose the print option you want.
