Clinical Imaging

Clinical Imaging is an add-on feature that lets you upload, tag, and compare client images directly from their profile.
To enable this feature for your account, contact support@quickernotes.com.

Access Clinical Imaging

  1. Open the client’s profile.

  2. Click the Clinical Imaging tab (only visible for properties with an active subscription).

Upload Images

  1. In the Clinical Imaging tab, click Browse Files.

  2. Select images from your device (camera opens automatically on mobile).

  3. Upload begins automatically after selecting files.

Add Tags

  1. Enter a tag in the Add Tag field.

  2. The tag will appear in your tag list.

  3. Select the tags you want to apply to images during upload.

Edit or Delete Images

  1. Click the image preview, image name, or Edit icon.

  2. In the Edit panel, add or remove tags.

  3. Click Delete to remove an image.

Note: Editing and deletion require the correct Clinical Imaging permissions.

Compare Images

Use the Compare feature to view two images side-by-side.

  1. Go to the client’s Clinical Imaging tab.

  2. Scroll to the image list.

  3. Select your first image and click Compare.

  4. Select the second image and click Compare again.

  5. The images will appear together in the Compare Images section.

Permissions

To use Clinical Imaging, your role must include the appropriate permissions under Settings → Roles & Permissions → Clinical Imaging.
