Documents allow you to upload, store, and manage client files inside QuickerNotes. Documents can be pinned, marked private, pushed to Mindbody, and accessed while writing SOAP Notes for fast reference.



Where Documents Appear

You can access Documents from:

  • Appointments (Documents button on each appointment row)

  • Client Profile → Documents

  • Top-right toolbar while writing a SOAP Note

This ensures providers can view important documents during charting.


Upload a Document

  1. Go to the Appointments page or client’s profile.

  2. Click Documents.

  3. Click Upload Document.

  4. Choose a file from your device.

  5. Click Save.

The document will appear immediately in the client’s list.


Manage Documents 

All document actions are available inside the Documents panel.

Pin a Document

Keeps the document at the top of the list for quick access.
Click the Pin icon next to the document.

Mark a Document Private

Restricts visibility to staff with the correct permissions.
Toggle Private on and click Save.

Push a Document to Mindbody

Upload the file to the client’s Mindbody profile.
Open the document → click Upload to Mindbody → confirm.

View or Download

Open Documents and click the file.
Supported formats will open in a new tab.

Delete a Document

Click the trash icon next to the file and confirm.
Deleted documents cannot be recovered.



Permissions Required

Document permissions are controlled under:

Settings → Roles & Permissions → Documents

Staff need the proper permissions to upload, delete, pin, mark private, or push documents to Mindbody.
