Your profile controls your personal settings in QuickerNotes, including your signature, undocumented visit tracking, and Mindbody-linked information.

Your Information

Email Address: This comes directly from your Mindbody staff profile. Updating it here updates it in Mindbody as well.

Progress Note Settings

Insurance Codes Interface

Choose whether the insurance/billing codes panel appears by default on progress notes.

Signature

You can use either your default Mindbody name or a handwritten signature, plus optional custom signature text (e.g., NPI, credentials).

Undocumented Visit Tracking

Turn this on to receive reminders for completed Mindbody appointments that do not have a signed SOAP note. You can also choose which visit types to ignore.
