If a client books an appointment without an email address, QuickerNotes will warn staff and prevent automatic sending.
How It Works
When a client books without an email, QuickerNotes adds a note to the appointment inside Mindbody.
Staff must manually add an email to the client’s Mindbody profile.
After updating the email, manually send the form from the client’s QuickerNotes profile.
