What is "Unknown Visit Type?"

If you've deactivated/removed visit types from your MBO account and still have clients scheduled for those services, your appointments in QuickerNotes will reflect "Unknown Visit Type."

Once the client is booked for a service that is active on your list, QN will reflect the name of that service.
