Requesting a Data Export

If you need a complete export of your QuickerNotes data, you can request it directly from your account settings.

A full data export includes all clinic data associated with your account, packaged as a single ZIP file. The export contains:

  • Patient charts and notes

  • Completed intake forms and form notes

  • Documents and uploaded files

  • Images associated with patient records

  • Other clinic documentation stored in QuickerNotes

All records are provided in PDF format for easy access and long-term storage. We’ve attached a sample export to this article so you can see exactly what the file structure and contents look like.

Step 1: Go to Settings

  • Log in to your QuickerNotes account.

  • In the left-hand menu, click Settings.


Step 2: Request Export

  • Scroll down to Export All Data.

  • Click the Export All Data button.

  • Your request will be logged and our team will be notified.

    Note: If you do not see the Export All Data option, this is a permissions issue. Make sure your user profile has permission to manage exports, or contact support for assistance. 


Step 3: Invoice & Processing

  • Once the request is submitted, we’ll issue an invoice ($149 per location).

  • After payment is received, the export process will begin.

  • Exports are typically completed within 5 business days of payment.

  • When ready, you’ll receive instructions to download the ZIP file.


Requirements

  • You must have an active subscription to both Mindbody and QuickerNotes to download the final export file.

  • If your subscription is inactive, please contact us directly at support@quickernotes.com.
