Image Manager

The Image Manager lets your team upload and store images for use inside progress notes.

Permissions

To access Image Manager features, users must have the appropriate permissions under Settings → Roles & Permissions → Image Manager:

• image-manager:store — upload images

• image-manager:delete — delete images

Upload an Image

1. Go to Settings → Image Manager.

2. Click Choose File and select the image you want to upload.

3. After upload, the image becomes available for all staff to use in progress notes.

Note: Images can only be added by users with the image-manager:store permission.

Delete an Image

1. Go to Settings → Image Manager.

2. Click the red X at the top-right corner of the image you want to remove.

Important: This action cannot be undone. Only users with image-manager:delete can delete images.
