Free Form (Text) SOAP Notes

To create a free form or blank note in QuickerNotes you can use the create note button and click the "Text Note" option.


Once you click on text note you we be taken to a page to create your note. On this page you can do any combination of the following options to create a SOAP note.

  1. Type the content of your note.
  2. Use a template from the templates modal.
  3. Copy a previous note from the history viewer.
    1. You will only see the copy option in the history viewer if you are viewing a SOAP note that is a draft. Signed and completed SOAP notes will not allow new content to be added, therefore the copy function is not present.

Adding Images to Text SOAP notes.

  • You have the ability to enter images into the content of your SOAP notes by clicking on the image button in the Note
  • Once an image has been added to your note you can annotate on the image by clicking the "edit image" icon.
  • The image editor icon will open the image annotation page where you can mark up your image with drawings, text and shapes. Click the done button when you are done!
  • The image manager has an upload tab where you can upload new images that will be present in the image manager once the upload is complete.
