You can customize the email clients receive when a form is automatically sent to them.
How to Edit the Email
Go to Settings → Intake Forms.
Scroll down to Customize Client Email.
Edit the following fields:
Subject line
Reply-to email
Public phone number
Scroll down to customize the body text of the email.
Click Save.

Branding & Logo
The logo displayed in intake form emails is controlled by your account branding settings, not this page.
To update your logo:
Go to Settings → Properties → Logo

Notes
Changes apply to all automatically-sent intake form emails.
