How do I edit the email sent to patients to complete their forms?

  1. First, go to Settings > Client Intake Forms
  2. At the top of the screen, click Customize Email.
    1. You will be brought to a section where you can customize the Subject, Reply-To address, and Public Phone number:

    2. Scroll further down, and you will be able to edit the contents of the email: custom email

Make sure you Save your changes when you're done updating the email!
