- First, go to Settings > Client Intake Forms
- At the top of the screen, click Customize Email.
- You will be brought to a section where you can customize the Subject, Reply-To address, and Public Phone number:
- Scroll further down, and you will be able to edit the contents of the email:

Make sure you Save your changes when you're done updating the email!
