How Dynamic Data Replace Tags Work:

Dynamic Data Replace Tags enable you to automatically populate notes with client-specific information without the need for manual entry. When creating or editing a Template, you can insert these tags to pull relevant data from client records, eliminating repetitive tasks and ensuring accuracy.

Automatic Inclusion of Header Information:

You won't need to enter the patient's name, date of birth (DOB), or date of service into your Template. These details will always be displayed in the header of the SOAP note, providing essential context without any additional effort on your part.

Utilizing Checkboxes and Radio Groups:

You can add checkboxes for multi-select options and radio groups for single-select options within your notes. These features offer flexibility and organization, allowing you to capture diverse information efficiently.

Enhancing Narrative Notes:

In addition to dynamic text replacement, Dynamic Data Replace Tags are beneficial for creating narrative-style notes. Whether you're documenting a patient's history, symptoms, or progress, you can seamlessly integrate client-specific details into your narrative flow.

For example:

"{$client:first_name} presented to the clinic today reporting: [chief complaint]. {$client:he_she} mentions [patient's statement]."

When using this template, it will look like this:

"John presented to the clinic today reporting: [chief complaint]. He mentions [patient's statement]."

Getting Started:

To start using Dynamic Data Replace Tags, simply access the note editor in QuickerNotes and insert the relevant tags or elements where needed.
