Classes Overview

Modified on Wed, Nov 26 at 2:20 PM

The Classes page shows all of your Mindbody classes for the selected day. From here, you can open any class to view participants, manage alerts, review history, access documents, and create SOAP Notes for each client.

Viewing the Daily Class List

  1. Click Classes in the left sidebar.

  2. You’ll see all classes scheduled for the selected date, just like the Appointments page.

  3. Use the arrows or date picker in the top right to change days.

  4. Click on a class to open it.

Inside a Class

When you open a class, you’ll see the class header:

  • Class Name

  • Date and Time

  • Location (from Mindbody)

Below that, each enrolled participant is displayed in their own card.

Each participant card includes:

  • Client photo

  • Client name

  • Attendance status (ex: Signed In)

  • The + button to create a SOAP Note

  • Buttons for:

    • Alerts

    • History

    • Documents

Participant Actions

SOAP Notes

Click the + button on a participant card to create a new SOAP Note.
Only text notes can be used in classes (form-based templates are not supported in class sessions).

Alerts

Click Alerts to view or add client alerts.
Alerts appear across QuickerNotes, including while writing SOAP Notes.
(See Alerts article.)

History

Shows all previous SOAP Notes for the client.
This is the same History tab used in Appointments and the client profile.

Documents

Click Documents to upload, pin, mark private, or view client documents directly from the class.

Notes About Classes

  • Classes do not show Mindbody Notes (only Appointments do).

  • Kiosk codes do not appear in Classes, since kiosk codes are tied to appointments.

  • You cannot modify class rosters through QuickerNotes — attendance is controlled by Mindbody.

Permissions Required

To view and work inside classes, users need the appropriate permissions enabled under:

Settings → Roles & Permissions → Classes / Notes / Alerts / Documents / SOAP Notes

If a staff member cannot see Classes or the action buttons, their role likely needs updating.
