Alerts

Alerts let you highlight important or sensitive information about a client inside QuickerNotes. These are often used for medical considerations, safety notes, behavioral concerns, or any detail your staff must see before or during a session.

QuickerNotes Alerts are not Mindbody alerts. They do not sync to Mindbody and are visible only inside QuickerNotes.


Where Alerts Appear

Alerts automatically display in:

  • Appointments

  • Classes

  • Client Profiles

  • At the top of SOAP Notes while writing a note

This ensures staff always see critical information wherever they are working.


Create, Edit, or Delete an Alert

  1. Go to the Appointments or Classes page.

  2. Click Alerts on the client’s row.

  3. Add your alert text, or open an existing alert to modify it.

  4. Click Save.

To delete an alert:

  • Open the alert, remove all text, and click Save.
    Removing the text deletes the alert everywhere in QuickerNotes.


Alert Type

QuickerNotes uses one universal alert type.
There are no categories or color levels (unlike Mindbody red/yellow alerts). All alerts are treated with equal importance.


Permissions Required

To create, change, or delete alerts, users must have:

Settings → Roles & Permissions → Alerts
