How to set Client Intake Forms to Expire:
- In Settings > Client Intake Forms, find the "Create this form the first time a client books one of the selected services" option and make sure the correct service(s) are selected.
- If any service is selected, the "Does this form expire?" option will appear.
- Set the number of days before a client will receive this form again if they book one of the service(s) selected.
- Make sure to Save your intake form. The next time a client books one of the services selected, and hasn't come in for that service in X number of days, the form will be sent to them to fill out again.
