We're excited to introduce a significant enhancement to QuickerNotes tailored specifically for providers and medical directors. Now, you can effortlessly review client intake forms, ensuring all necessary information is accurately captured and documented.

How It Works:

1. Multiple Reviews:

  • When accessing client intake forms, you now have the ability to add multiple reviews.
  • Send review requests to staff members based on who may need to sign off on the intake forms.

2. Collaborative Review Process:

  • Once a patient intake form is ready for review, you can easily send it to designated staff members for assessment.
  • Collaborate efficiently within QuickerNotes, eliminating the need for external communication channels.

3. Adding Insightful Notes:

  • After reviewing the form, staff members can provide valuable insights and feedback by appending notes to their review.
  • These notes, signed with the reviewer's signature, offer clarity and context to the review process.

4. Monitoring Review Requests:

  • Maintain oversight and transparency by accessing the "Client Forms" section and navigating to "Review Requests."
  • Track pending review requests effortlessly, ensuring timely completion and adherence to protocols.

Benefits:

  • Enhanced Collaboration: Foster seamless collaboration among your team members, ensuring thorough review and documentation of patient intake forms.
  • Efficient Workflow: Streamline your workflow by centralizing the review process within QuickerNotes, optimizing time and resource allocation.
  • Quality Assurance: Guarantee the accuracy and completeness of patient intake forms through structured and collaborative review processes.
