UI Label: “Notes”
Mindbody Notes are appointment-level notes that sync directly between QuickerNotes and Mindbody. They are separate from SOAP Notes and are used for quick operational or administrative comments tied to a specific appointment.
Where Mindbody Notes Appear
You can access Mindbody Notes from:
The Appointments page
On both pages, the Notes button appears directly on each appointment row.
Blue Note Indicator
A blue vertical bar on the left side of the row indicates that a Mindbody Note exists.
Blue bar = a note is present
No bar = no note

Two-Way Sync With Mindbody
Mindbody Notes sync both directions:
Notes written in QuickerNotes appear instantly on the appointment in Mindbody
Notes written in Mindbody sync back into QuickerNotes automatically
Editing a note in QuickerNotes updates it in Mindbody
Clearing a note in QuickerNotes deletes it in Mindbody
This keeps the front desk and providers aligned across systems.
Add, Edit, or Delete a Mindbody Note
Go to Appointments, click Notes on the appointment row, enter or update the text, and click Save.
To delete a note, clear the text and save — this removes it from both QuickerNotes and Mindbody. A blue bar on the left side of the row appears when a note is saved.
Kiosk Codes Appear Here
When a kiosk code is automatically generated for an appointment:
It is inserted as a Mindbody Note
It appears on the appointment row in QuickerNotes
It is also written to the appointment inside Mindbody
The blue bar indicator will appear
This ensures front-desk staff can quickly retrieve the correct code at check-in.
Sync Behavior
QuickerNotes → Mindbody sync is instant
Mindbody → QuickerNotes sync is automatic
If something doesn’t appear, click Sync With Mindbody on the Appointments page
